Improved efficiency of Court management and prosecutions through a streamlined Resolution Meeting process that enables members of the public to meet directly with a prosecutor to review their charge, and where appropriate, resolve the matter without proceeding to trial. This reduces unnecessary court appearances and helps conserve valuable Court and trial resources.

Launched Northumberland Broadband Project, bringing high-speed internet to 11K households and businesses across Northumberland.

The Ontario Agri-Food Venture Centre exceeded their sales target by 3% and billable services saw a 19.5% increase over 2024 totals. Their services helped clients produce $4.26 million worth of "Made in Ontario" products, reflecting the Centre's contribution to business growth, value-added food manufacturing, and economic activity across Northumberland County.

Reconfigured two emergency exits at County Headquarters to enhance accessibility.

Expanded consultation and engagement with Indigenous Rights Holders, and offered staff training, as part of journey towards Reconciliation.
