Collection of leaf & yard waste continues into the weekend

Cobourg, ON – April 14, 2022 – Northumberland County is advising that residents in Waste Collection Area 2 may experience a delay in curbside col­lection of their leaf and yard waste this week.

The County’s contractor is striving to complete as many routes as possible before the end of the day today in order to minimize disruption to the collec­tion schedule. Residents are advised to please leave leaf and yard waste ma­terials at the curb if they have not been collected by the end of the day, as col­lection will continue Saturday.
