Agriculture Amendment Open House (Port Hope)

A draft Agriculture amendment to the County’s Official Plan, including proposed updates to mapping, is now available for review. The draft amendment is available online and will be shared at three open houses throughout Northumberland this fall, before being presented to County Council for adoption this winter. Session 1 - Port Hope: Monday, October 20, 2025 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Port Hope Community Hub 5325 County Road 10, Canton County staff and project consultants will deliver two 15-minute presentations at 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A period for questions and feedback.
