Two Special Meetings of Council called for Tuesday, January 27 and Friday, January 30

Cobourg, ON – January 2, 2026 – Two Special Meetings of Northumberland County Council will take place during the month of January.  The first meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and the second meeting will take place on Friday January 30^th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. both for the purposes of meeting in Closed Session.

In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will meet in Closed Session regarding ‘CAO Recruitment – Interviews’ under the following:

1. Section 239.(2.b) – personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees
