Special Meeting of County Council called for Friday, June 7

Cobourg, ON – June 5, 2024 – A Special Meeting of Northumberland County Council will take place on Friday, June 7 at 3:00 p.m. for the purposes of meeting in Closed Session.

In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will meet in Closed Session regarding the following:

• To address matters pertaining to litigation or potential litigation matters, advice that is subject to solicitor client privilege including communications necessary for that purpose and confidential County infrastructure negotiations (Public Works) (Municipal Act Sections 239.(2.e), (2.f) and (2.k)).

The public will see a Closed Session screen on the livestream of the Special Meeting indicating Council is in Closed Session. All Council agendas are available at Northumberland.ca/Council.
