Northumberland County Housing Corporation to hold Annual General Meeting

Cobourg, ON – May 19, 2022 – The Northumberland County Housing Corporation (NCHC) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 25, 2022, followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors. Northumberland County is the sole shareholder of the NCHC and will be represented by County Warden Bob Crate.

On the AGM agenda this year are Remarks by Warden Crate as Shareholder, as well as a presentation on the Journey to Resident Inclusion Strategies from Housing York Inc., which will include a question-and-answer session. Also included on the agenda is the appointment of two new directors to the board, the presentation of the 2021 Audited Financial Statements, and the 2021 Annual Report.
