Emergency Special Meeting of Council called for Monday, February 23rd, 2026

Cobourg, ON – February 19, 2026 –  An emergency Special Meeting of Northumberland County Council will take place on Monday, February 23rd, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for the purposes of meeting in Closed Session.

In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will meet in Closed Session regarding ‘CAO Recruitment – Update’ under the following:

1. Section 239.(2.b) – personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees
