Citizenship ceremony planned for Colborne marks a milestone for 50 New Canadians

Cobourg, ON – July 14, 2025 – Members of the media are invited to the Keeler Centre in Colborne on Wednesday, July 16, as 50 individuals take the oath to officially become Canadian Citizens.

Co-hosted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Northumberland County, and the Township of Cramahe, this ceremony marks the final step in the citizenship process and emphasizes the rights and responsibilities that come with being Canadian. Participants from across central Ontario will take part in this important milestone.
