Cobourg, ON – October 23, 2025 – Members of the media are invited to attend the Cobourg Lions Community Centre on October 27th for Northumberland County’s 10th Anniversary Survivor Night ceremony. This meaningful event will recognize the courageous first responders who successfully revived individuals from cardiac arrest in 2024.
The ceremony will spotlight the inspiring stories of 14 survivors, with first responders involved in these 9-1-1 calls receiving the prestigious ‘Lightning Bolt’ Certificate of Merit. In honour of the 10th anniversary of Survivor Night, recipients will also receive a commemorative ‘Rescuer’ coin.
